Amerock, LLC Limited Warranty
Amerock, LLC ("Amerock") warrants that Amerock® products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own the product. This warranty is effective as of April 21, 2021 and supersedes all previous written Amerock warranties. If an Amerock product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship during the warranty term, Amerock will send to the original purchaser, without charge, a new replacement product of the same or comparable style and quality.
The warranty period for products containing natural materials, including but not limited to leather, marble, or wood, is one year from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use or care of the product. Variations in shade, texture, and natural markings are all characteristics of natural materials.
Conditions and Exclusions:
This Warranty applies only to Amerock products that were purchased from Amerock or an Amerock authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Amerock reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Amerock products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.
Normal wear and tear from daily use is not covered under this warranty. The appearance of materials such as leather, wood, marble, and other natural materials can be expected to naturally change or wear over time and with normal usage. Other exclusions include damages incurred as a result of installation, replacement, or repair, and damages due to improper cleaning, misuse, or neglect or exposure to corrosive conditions.
There are no warranties beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty does not include the removal or installation of Amerock products, which are the responsibility of the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover product failure caused by normal wear and tear, product misuse or abuse, improper installation, improper cleaning, accident, natural disaster, corrosive conditions, outdoor use, or alteration of any kind.
All Amerock finishes are handcrafted and held within a tight range of color variations. Slight variations in finish are not considered defects in material or workmanship.
Under no circumstances shall Amerock be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

- Contact Amerock Customer Care by calling 1-800-435-6959 or emailing [email protected]. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product.
- Amerock Customer Care will review your warranty claim and contact you in a timely manner.
- In connection with processing your warranty claim, you will be required to provide Amerock a proof of purchase, and you may be asked to mail your product to Amerock. Please send your proof of purchase by email to [email protected] or by mail to the address below and your product (if requested) to the address listed below. Be sure to include your contact information - name, address, phone number, email address with your proof of purchase and any returned product. You are responsible for any costs incurred in connection with mailing these items to Amerock. Amerock is not responsible for items lost in shipping. As such, we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation.

The Appoint 1-1/4 in (32 mm) Length Satin Nickel Cabinet Knob is very nice. It’s strong and looks beautiful against our dark cabinet. It was very easy to install and is very durable.

This is top quality!!
I have been redoing old furniture as a hobby for the last 2 years and especially love the excitement of finding new perfect hardware for whatever piece I am doing! Then the thrill of the finishing touch! It’s always my favorite part! Even though I make sure every knob or handle matches perfectly to the piece of furniture, I have always chosen the hardware based on aesthetics rather than durability or quality. I looked at them as basically the same, and they were all fine and looked good. Well after installing this sweet little knob, I see what a difference craftsmanship and quality can make even in something so small! I was elated to find this specific knob because I had redone a night stand last year and the knob I bought for that was discontinued and I just finished the matching nightstand last month but didn't I couldn't find a knob that matched. I was about to give up and get 2 new knobs then I found this one and it's a near perfect match! After I received it and installed it, I realized they are quite different in the quality and design! What a difference! I have installed quite a few new knobs and handles but this one not only had some weight to it, which really surprised me when I took it out of the packaging, for being so small it's solid! I could tell the difference in material and design right away! Upon inspection these knobs were very different! They looked similar which made me happy, But that's as far as it went I was very glad that they will be in opposite sides of the bed. Because the quality difference is apparent if you look at them next to each other. The lines, cut and finish all stood out on this new one. But that wasn't the part that really sold me, the most impressive feature of this little knob is a small detail that make all the difference! It's just a little spike that sticks into the wood, so it stays in place and doesn't come loose or unscrewed! What a genius feature! I have never seen one like that! I've had many dressers, cupboards, tables, and they all would come loose and you have a screw it back on, I just thought it was part of the design. But this is such a great feature! It was easy to install and it's heavy duty, well-made and it fits nice and tight. These are made well, with thought and made to last!!

This knob is the perfect touch h in my bathroom. It is easy to use. It was very easy to install. The finish holds up perfectly in my bathroom. And it's easy to clean.
