Amerock, LLC ("Amerock") warrants that Amerock® products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own the product. This warranty is effective as of April 21, 2021 and supersedes all previous written Amerock warranties. If an Amerock product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship during the warranty term, Amerock will send to the original purchaser, without charge, a new replacement product of the same or comparable style and quality.
The warranty period for products containing natural materials, including but not limited to leather, marble, or wood, is one year from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use or care of the product. Variations in shade, texture, and natural markings are all characteristics of natural materials.
Conditions and Exclusions:
This Warranty applies only to Amerock products that were purchased from Amerock or an Amerock authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Amerock reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Amerock products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.
Normal wear and tear from daily use is not covered under this warranty. The appearance of materials such as leather, wood, marble, and other natural materials can be expected to naturally change or wear over time and with normal usage. Other exclusions include damages incurred as a result of installation, replacement, or repair, and damages due to improper cleaning, misuse, or neglect or exposure to corrosive conditions.
There are no warranties beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty does not include the removal or installation of Amerock products, which are the responsibility of the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover product failure caused by normal wear and tear, product misuse or abuse, improper installation, improper cleaning, accident, natural disaster, corrosive conditions, outdoor use, or alteration of any kind.
All Amerock finishes are handcrafted and held within a tight range of color variations. Slight variations in finish are not considered defects in material or workmanship.
Under no circumstances shall Amerock be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. - Contact Amerock Customer Care by calling 1-800-435-6959 or emailing [email protected]. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product.
- Amerock Customer Care will review your warranty claim and contact you in a timely manner.
- In connection with processing your warranty claim, you will be required to provide Amerock a proof of purchase, and you may be asked to mail your product to Amerock. Please send your proof of purchase by email to [email protected] or by mail to the address below and your product (if requested) to the address listed below. Be sure to include your contact information - name, address, phone number, email address with your proof of purchase and any returned product. You are responsible for any costs incurred in connection with mailing these items to Amerock. Amerock is not responsible for items lost in shipping. As such, we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation.

Rec’d these from influencer for my honest opinion. They are smaller than I expected but I was able to use them on laundry doors. They are a beautiful white marble color with gold accents. They are well made and look beautiful.

I was sent two packs of two so I ended up with four knobs. I decided to use them for my dresser drawers because my cabinets don’t have knobs and they work perfectly. You’re given two sets of screws one long and the other short. The long ones worked for me. They are beautiful and I love the touch of gold

Wow, these mother of pearl cabinet knobs are stunning! I’m currently refinishing a small cabinet and these knobs are really going to take the look to a whole new level. They’re high-quality, very sturdy, and have an absolutely beautiful design. The gold color paired with the mother of pearl is incredibly eye-catching. I love them!

Pretty and Easy to Install
Rather than.jsong on cabinets I needed to swap out a drawer pull that broke and these do well and fit the piece. They are pretty and feminine but do that some weight and feel a bit light. The screws that come with the knobs are in 2 different lengths. The short ones were too short and the longer were too long so we had to add 2 washers to each knob to give a tighter fit.

Decadent Style
These arrived just in time for a nightstand refurbishment. I love upgrading old furniture and these cabinet knobs were perfect! They are heavy and the detailed work on them is flawless! The gold coloring is the perfect shade, complemented by the Mother of Pearl. I wasn’t sure about the shape but it was the perfect choice, offering a modern twist and “old money” feel. I’ll be ordering more for other projects because of the quality!

Wow! It’s heavy!
This really has some good weight to it. That lends to the quality being high. The gold is a very beautiful, soft, delicate, gold color. The inside of the knob has an inset inlay of a pearl colored resin. It is swirly and catches the light uniquely. It’s just beautiful. I received two and am excited to use them on two pieces of furniture that I’m going to be stripping and Refinishing. They are two pieces in the living room, the side tables. Each has one knob, so this is perfect. I’m really excited to use these, and it really does give a high-end feel.
