K/BIS 2002 SHOW NEWS, April 5, 2002
Amerock® has expanded the range of concealed hinges to include an
antiqued finish which gives kitchen designers the opportunity to create
a coordinated appearance when using woods such as cherry, hickory, dark
oak and other deep toned cabinetry.
Offered in addition to standard nickel finish hinges, the new choice
also helps speed cabinet production by making it possible to stain
cabinets with hinges in place. The new Dark Antique English finish can
be specified for System 3200" frameless or frame applications with the
addition of a frame adapter plate.
Included are Sytem 3200 110° opening hinges available in the dark finish
for full overlay, half overlay as well as full inset applications. 170°
and 270° hinges are also offered for full overlay doors only.
In addition, System 2000 frame concealed hinges are available in a
medium toned Burnished Brass finish. Cabinet makers can specify this
finish for either the single adjustable (SA) or double adjustable (DA)
hinges.
